Raising a family in Nebraska, I was always connected to the land and local farming. When I discovered how fermentation could transform simple peppers into complex, layered flavors, I knew I had to share it.
Every batch is personal. I source peppers from farms I know by name, ferment them with the same care I'd give any craft, and bottle them with pride. This isn't just hot sauce—it's a piece of Nebraska in every bottle.
